Returns and Exchanges
At Made4Rock, we want you to rock your alternative style with total comfort and absolute confidence. If you need a different size or wish to return an item, we make it simple. You have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to process any return or exchange request.
🧼1. How to Request a Return or Size Exchange
Please note: do not ship any items back to us without receiving our prior written authorization. The process is very straightforward:
- Send an email to info@made4rock.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- We will review your request immediately and reply with instructions and authorization for the return shipment.
- Once the package arrives at our workshop and we verify that the items are in brand new condition, we will issue a full refund or send out the exchange item.
🎸Who covers the shipping costs?
- Error or Faulty Item (Free): If the item received is defective or does not match the order you placed, Made4Rock covers 100% of the return and replacement shipping costs.
- Size Exchange or Change of Mind: If you need a different size or simply changed your mind, the customer must bear the shipping fees derived from the return and/or exchange package delivery.
Essential requirement: To accept any return, the item must be properly protected, sent in its original packaging, in perfect condition, showing no signs of wear or washing, and including the original delivery slip received with your order.
📐2. Size Guide and Accurate Measurements
We understand that buying clothes online can cause doubts regarding sizes. Depending on the international apparel manufacturer, the country of origin, or the specific garment cut, measurements for the exact same size (e.g., size M) can vary significantly.
To avoid choosing the wrong size, we highly recommend following these quick steps:
- Check the product description: Inside every item page on our website, you will find an official image detailing the precise measurements of the garment in centimeters.
- Measure flat: Our dimensions represent flat measurements, not body contours. Take a similar t-shirt or hoodie from your wardrobe that fits you well, lay it flat on a table or bed, and measure its width (chest width from armpit to armpit) and length.
- Compare and secure: Cross-check those centimeters with our online product size chart to select your ideal alternative fit.
