General Terms and Conditions of Sale
🎸1. Parties and Contractual Acceptance
On the one part, the product provider is Yosu Prieto Giraldoo (hereinafter, Made4Rock or the provider), residing at Avda. Euskadi nº35 1º piso pta 44, 20110 Pasaia (Guipúzcoa) - Spain, VAT / Tax ID: 72480643F, contact email: info@made4rock.com, being the sole owner of the official website https://made4rock.com.
On the other part, the User-Customer (hereinafter, the User), whose data are provided voluntarily and truthfully during the checkout process. Placing any order through the platform implies automatic, full, and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
📐2. Purpose and Product Availability
This contract regulates the purchase and sale relation of rock-style clothing, heavy metal merch, and alternative fashion established between the provider and the user once these conditions are accepted during the online checkout process.
The order reception service is active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, orders submitted after 6:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day in Pasaia. In case of temporary stock unavailability of any ordered item, Made4Rock will contact the User to offer a replacement item or an immediate refund for that amount.
🧼3. Delivery Conditions and Logistics
Delivery of orders will be carried out at the address freely designated by the User. The exact cost of shipping and estimated delivery times are dynamically calculated and broken down in the shopping cart before proceeding to payment, depending on the geographic destination and package volume. The provider assumes no responsibility if the delivery cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the User, or for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company (such as repeated absence of the recipient). If visible damage or breakage on the outer packaging is noticed upon delivery, the User must record it on the courier's delivery slip and report it to Made4Rock within a maximum of 24 hours.
🎸4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices listed on the online shop include the current VAT applicable in the destination territory. The prices applicable to each item will be those published automatically on the website during the final stage of the purchase process.
The User agrees to pay for the products purchased using the secure, SSL-encrypted payment systems authorized on our gateway. The enabled payment options at any given time (credit cards, mobile payment platforms, or third-party fast solutions) are specifically detailed on our Secure Payment Methods page.
📐5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, a written notice must be sent to info@made4rock.com. Return shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the customer. Items must be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, washing, or wear, and preferably in their original packaging. Custom-made items or goods personalized according to customer specifications are explicitly excluded from the right of withdrawal.
🧼6. Legal Product Warranty
Pursuant to consumer goods warranty regulations, all Made4Rock products include a legal warranty against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity for a period of 3 years from the delivery date. In the case of an original defect, any repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination will be entirely free of charge for the User, who must report the flaw within two months of becoming aware of it.
🎸7. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For any controversy arising from this contract, the parties submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
